At SCK Eyewear, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 days of the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original, unsoiled condition
• All original packaging, accessories, hard case, cleaning cloth, and tags must be intact and included
• The frame must not be bent, twisted, scratched, or physically damaged
• Prescription lenses, once fitted and processed, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
• Your order number and delivery date must be provided at the time of request
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been used, worn, or altered from their original condition
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories
• Custom prescription lens orders (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence
• Items purchased during flash sales or marked as 'Final Sale'
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
• Email us at support@sckeyewear.com with your order number, date of delivery, and reason for return
• Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
• Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team
• Retain your return shipment tracking number for reference
Please note: SCK Eyewear does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, etc.).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the product
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank account)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product for a different colour, size, or style:
• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery
• The product must meet the same return eligibility conditions listed above
• If the exchange product is priced higher than the original, you will need to pay the difference
• If the exchange product is priced lower than the original, no refund will be issued for the price difference
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video of the damaged or defective product
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund depending on product availability and your preference.
