We know you can't wait to get your hands on your new eyewear. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders containing prescription lenses, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for lens fitting and quality inspection.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
SCK Eyewear offers free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with leading courier services including but not limited to Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and DTDC to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@sckeyewear.com.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier partner attempts delivery and is unable to deliver (due to an absent recipient, incorrect address, or restricted access), they will make up to 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:
• We will reach out to you via email or phone to arrange re-delivery
• Re-delivery charges may apply depending on the courier partner's policy
• Refunds for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. SCK Eyewear will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@sckeyewear.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
8. Lost or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check with neighbours or building security for any left parcels
• Contact the courier partner directly with your tracking number
• Notify us at support@sckeyewear.com within 48 hours of the listed delivery date
We will investigate and work with the courier partner to resolve the matter. Replacement or refunds for lost shipments are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. International Shipping
At present, SCK Eyewear ships only within India. International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding our delivery reach and will update this policy when international orders become available.
